Who is it for?

The vendor is relatively new; as such, the developers have cherry-picked a lot of their competitors' best features while avoiding their mistakes. It is a good CRM for those who have tried and failed with other CRM vendors. Given Agile's free version of the software (for up to 10 users!), even the smallest businesses can use Agile to improve sales and daily operations. Medium-sized companies will probably require a paid version; however, plans are affordable, and Agile offers discounts on two-year contracts.
