With so many options, the user interface is a little cluttered, and you may need some time to get used to it. One thing we didn't like about the UI was its over-colored theme, which used practically every color in the rainbow, making it appear a little unrefined in our opinion.

Agile offers support via email, chat, knowledge base, and user forum. Phone support is available during regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Email support operates 24/5 and tends to be responsive. As for training, it is available in the form of webinars, workshops, video tutorials, and articles.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, from Monday till Friday, FreeCRM provides live support to help you solve your problems quickly. If live assistance is unavailable, you can send an offline message directly from your dashboard. Most smartphones can access FreeCRM, however there is no native mobile app or smartphone version of the portal.

Who is it for?

Agile is a user-friendly and comprehensive CRM system that can boost your sales and improve business efficiency. The vendor is relatively new; as such, the developers have cherry-picked a lot of their competitors' best features while avoiding their mistakes. It is a good CRM for those who have tried and failed with other CRM vendors. Given Agile's free version of the software (for up to 10 users!), even the smallest businesses can use Agile to improve sales and daily operations. Medium-sized companies will probably require a paid version; however, plans are affordable, and Agile offers discounts on two-year contracts.
