Real-time alerts let you keep you on task and ensure you never miss a step in the sales process. As for analytics, Agile gives you many reporting options, such as sales KPIs and marketing ROI.
An experienced CRM user will find Zendesk similar to other customer management solutions. The dashboard has easy navigation (with buttons at the top of the screen) and customizable blocks of information. The intuitive calendar enables you to plan your schedule and follow up the interactions. As for reporting tools, they help you understand your current situation and define what needs improvement. Who is it for?

It is a good CRM for those who have tried and failed with other CRM vendors. Given Agile's free version of the software (for up to 10 users!), even the smallest businesses can use Agile to improve sales and daily operations. Medium-sized companies will probably require a paid version; however, plans are affordable, and Agile offers discounts on two-year contracts.
The Sell Team Plan is affordable at US$19/ user/month. However, it's capped at three users and offers basic functionality. If you need more seats and features, Zendesk Sell can be pretty costly. As such, many medium and large-sized businesses use Zendesk to give their sales teams one of the easiest and most powerful platforms on the market. However, the subscription fees and the need to purchase additional software for marketing and service places Zendesk Sell out of reach for most small businesses.
