Overview

Bitrix24 is a full-featured CRM platform with a free version for unlimited users. It offers an extensive set of tools for sales, service, and marketing. As such, Bitrix24 can feel large and unwieldy to use--the interface is crowded with features. This presents a steep learning curve, and training will be necessary. However, few vendors offer such a full sweep of CRM features at such a great price.
Apptivo's online CRM system is an excellent tool for managing sales, marketing, and other aspects of your business. CRM is at the core of Apptivo's integrated suite of enterprise apps, offering a comprehensive set of tools for getting a 360-degree view of your customers. Lead management, an opportunity pipeline with intuitive dashboards, and flexible workflow tools, such as marketing automation. Everything is fully available and integrated with Office365 and G Suite on your Android or iOS device. Apptivo covers the usual trifecta of CRM services--sales, marketing, and customer service. But it goes beyond CRM to provide nearly 60 business modules, from accounting to project management. It operates much like Microsoft Dynamics 365 in terms of being a one-stop shop for your business software. However, with plans beginning at US$ 9/user, Apptivo is one of the most comprehensive and affordable CRMs in the industry.

Ease of use

Bitrix24 specializes in team management. After creating an account, you can invite your staff to the platform, assign tasks and see each other's progress on a multifunctional dashboard. The dashboard and overall layout of the CRM can be confusing, however. One of the particular design failings is you cannot remove options--you can only add more, creating a crowded UI.
Apptivo's mission is to make software simple and inexpensive for companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations. The 60 business modules can be added and removed to create the software solution you need. Navigating the platform is straightforward and requires little to no training. However, the UI is a little uninspired and clunky to operate. Some users complain about lag, though we did not experience this during our trial of the system.

Support

The Bitrix24 knowledge database is extensive, and you can answer most of your questions there. The articles are divided by topics and creation date, so it is easy to navigate. The blog also provides valuable insights on getting the most out of Bitrix24. Bitrix24 even has its own YouTube channel with tutorials on CRM use. Training courses for developers and administrators are available. And if you still can't find an answer to your questions, they offer email support.
Customer support is available 24/7. You can also use the website's FAQ section and blog or ask the chatbot your questions.

Who is it for?

Bitrix24 offers a rich feature set that can meet the needs of businesses of every size and industry. However, smaller organizations may find themselves overwhelmed by too many features. You can make use of the free version or set up a free trial of their paid plans to see if it's the right fit for you.
Apptivo CRM provides services to companies of all sizes and verticals. The 60 business apps make this a highly configurable CRM that can adapt to unique business processes and niche industries. Whether you're a single consultant or a multi-billion dollar company, Apptivo can adapt to you. Apptivo provides a rich feature set and unmatched functionality for value. You get the entire suite of business apps for a single price, and the Lite Plan begins at just US$ 8/user/month.
