Bitrix24 is a full-featured CRM platform with a free version for unlimited users. It offers an extensive set of tools for sales, service, and marketing. As such, Bitrix24 can feel large and unwieldy to use--the interface is crowded with features. This presents a steep learning curve, and training will be necessary. However, few vendors offer such a full sweep of CRM features at such a great price.
FreeCRM is a web-based customer relationship management and sales force automation software solution. Contact and lead monitoring, sales and contact management, sales pipeline management and forecasting, and customer service are all excellent uses for free CRM. CRM systems ensure that your sales, marketing, and support operations are all working toward the same goal, allowing you to take your company's success to greater levels. The CRM's name, on the other hand, is slightly misleading - perhaps it was intended to fulfill the enormous volume of searches for "Free CRM." There is, in fact, a free version, but it is fairly limited in functionality, and the premium versions are quite pricey.

Ease of use

Bitrix24 specializes in team management. After creating an account, you can invite your staff to the platform, assign tasks and see each other's progress on a multifunctional dashboard. The dashboard and overall layout of the CRM can be confusing, however. One of the particular design failings is you cannot remove options--you can only add more, creating a crowded UI.
If you have the premium version, you may customize each menu. Even the free edition gives you a lot of choices for customizing your homepage, such as adding or removing modules and dragging and dropping them to where you want them. You may also choose other options such as profile settings, security settings, personal user settings, voice settings, data setup, and so on. With so many options, the user interface is a little cluttered, and you may need some time to get used to it. One thing we didn't like about the UI was its over-colored theme, which used practically every color in the rainbow, making it appear a little unrefined in our opinion.

Support

The Bitrix24 knowledge database is extensive, and you can answer most of your questions there. The articles are divided by topics and creation date, so it is easy to navigate. The blog also provides valuable insights on getting the most out of Bitrix24. Bitrix24 even has its own YouTube channel with tutorials on CRM use. Training courses for developers and administrators are available. And if you still can't find an answer to your questions, they offer email support.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, from Monday till Friday, FreeCRM provides live support to help you solve your problems quickly. If live assistance is unavailable, you can send an offline message directly from your dashboard. Most smartphones can access FreeCRM, however there is no native mobile app or smartphone version of the portal.

Who is it for?

Bitrix24 offers a rich feature set that can meet the needs of businesses of every size and industry. However, smaller organizations may find themselves overwhelmed by too many features. You can make use of the free version or set up a free trial of their paid plans to see if it's the right fit for you.
