This cloud-based system combines easy-to-use sales tools and basic reporting capabilities. After you register, you get a login that's accessible from any device. Once you upload your contacts, you get an interactive profile for all your clients. You can view and filter contacts by deal stage, last contact, account value, and more. You can also make notes on the file, attach documents, and track the contact through the sales process. Capsule also makes task management a breeze, by organizing your to-dos and assigning automatic alerts and reminders. You'll be able to focus on precisely what you need to do right now. One of the main shortcomings of the system is the caps on storage for free users. With only 10 MB available for two users, you may outgrow the free version quickly. Capsule CRM also has a limited number of integrations, and you will need a paid subscription to access them.
