The CRM's name, on the other hand, is slightly misleading - perhaps it was intended to fulfill the enormous volume of searches for "Free CRM." There is, in fact, a free version, but it is fairly limited in functionality, and the premium versions are quite pricey.

If you have the premium version, you may customize each menu. Even the free edition gives you a lot of choices for customizing your homepage, such as adding or removing modules and dragging and dropping them to where you want them. You may also choose other options such as profile settings, security settings, personal user settings, voice settings, data setup, and so on. With so many options, the user interface is a little cluttered, and you may need some time to get used to it. One thing we didn't like about the UI was its over-colored theme, which used practically every color in the rainbow, making it appear a little unrefined in our opinion.

Support

All plans offer 24/7 email and chat support. In addition, Pipedrive provides you with an online knowledge base containing FAQs and informative articles. If you are looking for training videos and tutorials, look to the online Pipedrive Academy. Then there's the Pipedrive community which offers advice from experienced users. Phone support is only available for Enterprise subscriptions.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, from Monday till Friday, FreeCRM provides live support to help you solve your problems quickly. If live assistance is unavailable, you can send an offline message directly from your dashboard. Most smartphones can access FreeCRM, however there is no native mobile app or smartphone version of the portal.

Who is it for?

Thanks to the affordable price tag and easy onboarding, thousands of small organizations and freelancers use Pipedrive CRM. It is also well-suited to larger companies that are focused on sales.
