But if you're looking for a great sales tool that employees enjoy using and derive an immediate benefit from--Zendesk Sell is a great option.

If you do get lost, Pipedrive's AI assistant is there to guide you through the platform. As such, many medium and large-sized businesses use Zendesk to give their sales teams one of the easiest and most powerful platforms on the market. However, the subscription fees and the need to purchase additional software for marketing and service places Zendesk Sell out of reach for most small businesses.
