The paid plan is 30% of your net subscription and offers 24/7 support, expert coaching, and developer support. You can also get a customized signature support plan. The price depends on the complexity of your support needs.
Spiro will provide an implementation service to help our customers set up and configure Spiro. We will also provide end-user and admin training as specified in a Statement of Work. Ongoing support will be provided to Spiro’s customers’ users at no additional charge for Spiro’s customers. Support is available on weekdays, excluding US holidays, during local business hours.
