With so many options, the user interface is a little cluttered, and you may need some time to get used to it. One thing we didn't like about the UI was its over-colored theme, which used practically every color in the rainbow, making it appear a little unrefined in our opinion.

Support

Zoho provides standard support tools, including an online knowledge base, community forums, customer portal, and email support. Depending on your subscription package, you may receive remote assistance, live chat, and phone support five days per week. The more advanced your subscription, the faster the response time. Those customers with a yearly subscription for 25+ users may subscribe for enterprise support, which will cost 25% of the annual fee. It includes comprehensive technical assistance and a one-hour response time. You will also have early access to new features and advice on improving your Zoho experience.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, from Monday till Friday, FreeCRM provides live support to help you solve your problems quickly. If live assistance is unavailable, you can send an offline message directly from your dashboard. Most smartphones can access FreeCRM, however there is no native mobile app or smartphone version of the portal.

Who is it for?
