What is Axelor?

Axelor is a cloud-based business management suite that uses enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and business process management (BPM) modules to help small to midsize businesses manage financial operations, inventory, projects, orders, and distribution. Users can customize the platform's menus, views, page navigation, dashboard, and translation.

Users of the Axelor suite can manage automatic data model updates, translation modules, multiple time zones, scheduling, and multiple databases through the ERP module. It also allows users to centrally manage events, triggers, and actions via a unified dashboard, as well as control over role-based permissions.

The CRM functionality aids in the development of customized processes by providing a 360-degree customer view, task scheduling, and a Kanban view. Users can also track prospects and leads in order to filter, segment, and track the customer pipeline.

The Axelor BPM module includes a drag-and-drop interface for creating custom workflows, interfaces, and business processes. Axelor is the editor of the hybrid Open Source platform dedicated to business applications, which combines a Low-code/No-code BPM with over thirty business applications, including ERP, CRM, sales management, HR, Inventory, Production, Project management, and Accounting.
