What is Simplicity Software?

Simplicity Software is a cloud-based collections management software that can be used from any web browser to manage an unlimited number of clients and cases. Collection agencies, judgment recovery professionals, legal collections, medical collections, repo managers, collection attorneys, homeowner associations (HOAs), and other businesses and professionals can use the system.

Simplicity includes a case import tool that enables users to bulk import and manage cases. The digital library can be used to store complaint letters, credit reports, and other debtor documents, and documents for cases or debtors can also be generated automatically. Real-time reports notify users when payments are due or overdue, as well as when it is time to file complaints. The system includes more than 60 reports, including reports on transactions, payments, sales commissions, collector fees, payment plan projections, and more.

Client management is available in Simplicity, allowing users to create profiles and upload cases for an unlimited number of users. The product also includes debt management, which gives users access to an online portal where they can settle their accounts, manage payment plans, and make credit card payments. Users can also personalize the portal with their company logos and images, and embed it on their website. Simplicity also includes loan servicing, which allows users to collect loan payments by calculating applicable principal and interest.
