What is Actoom?

At Actoom we apply our knowledge and experience as SugarCRM customer to help other customers create, implement and apply successful Sugar solutions tailored to their business processes.

We chose SugarCRM because of its flexibility, ease and openness, and this is what we would like to pass on to our customers. We assist in adapting customer’s solution to their unique workflows and promoting automation of their work processes.

Customers choose us because we are on the customer’s side. We are not just an IT partner, but we are ourselves Sugar users and have been on the entire journey that new Sugar customers are going through – choice of partner, choice of solution, business- and/or Sugar customization, implementation as well as daily use and operation.
