What is Dentsu Group?

As a metanational group, we are committed to maximizing diversity without being afraid to face the challenges of this ever-changing environment. Therefore, our group transformed to a pure holding company system in January 2020 under a new name “Dentsu Group Inc.” (of which trade name was changed from Dentsu Inc.) Our ambition is to become a business group that combines and enhances the diversity in the world outside and the diversity of our abilities and talents.

Dentsu Group Inc. ensures not only group governance, but also empowers all Group companies and their individuals who create value and innovation. Rather than a conventional holding company, Dentsu Group Inc. aims to become a “teaming company,” or a company of making all the companies one team.
