What is Managed IT Services?

Almost two decades ago, Emerging IT’s founders Dean Wilson and Steve Constantinou realised there was a better way to provide ICT Solutions that could allow them to “Do More for Less” in the process. Better yet, it involved improving uptime while reducing costs. How did we achieve this? By being early adopters of automation frameworks that delivered efficiencies with a focus on being pro-active rather than reactive — a formula that has seen all of our customers observe positive results. The success of this approach was also recognised in 2009 when Emerging IT was presented with the inaugural Kaseya Managed Services Provider (MSP) of the year award.
